Location: Casino Calgary
Position Title: Line Cook
Immediate Supervisor: Executive Chef
Scheduled Hours: Part-time; including days, evenings & weekends
SUMMARY: The Line Cook will have experience in an industry kitchen with a passion to give the guests the best experience they can. We are looking for someone who is a dedicated team player with a willingness to learn.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties include, but are not limited to:
Preparing meals as per outlined procedures and plating
Making allowances for special orders.
Putting away food product orders.
General cleanup maintenance of the line cook area.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 1 years of experience in an industry kitchen
Must be legally allowed to work in a Casino environment
Able to work quickly and efficiently
Able to maintain a security clearance.
Food Safe certification is preferred.
Must be fluent in English
